Our abutments are generally manufactured from Grade 4 medical titanium, a material widely recognized for its excellent biocompatibility. It effectively reduces the likelihood of tissue irritation or inflammatory response, making it well suited for long-term clinical use. With superior corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, the material is capable of withstanding significant occlusal loads while ensuring reliable and precise engagement with implant threads.

Featuring multi-angle and adjustable-angle designs, our abutments allow for height adjustment and platform switching, improving the stability of the implant–abutment interface. This design helps minimize micromovement and screw loosening while enhancing the overall sealing performance. The internal hexagonal or polygonal connection supports both single-unit and multi-unit restorations, further increasing mechanical reliability.

The abutment surface can be refined using micro-texturing, nano-level treatment, or sandblasted and acid-etched (SLA) processes to meet various clinical requirements.
